Anthony D. Padilla, MBA/CPA is Director of Tax Services. He has over 20 years experience as a CPA tax advisor. Prior to becoming a CPA, he was an IRS Revenue Agent. Mr. Padilla has a Law Degree, (J.D.) and is a member of the Florida Bar only and is not a Texas attorney. However, as soon a legal question arises, he can refer you to some of the best attorneys in the Houston area that he has met via his active membership in the Houston Bar Association. He is licensed as a CPA in the State of Texas and California. Mr. Padilla has an MBA degree from the University of Southern California (and yes, he thinks Vince Young's last minute championship drive included several passes in which Vince's knee was on the ground).
Maria A. Sanchez, MBA is Director of Financial & Commercial Consulting. She has a Post Graduate degree in business consulting which she obtained prior to receipt of her MBA degree. She has extensive experience in business consulting, efficiency studies, cash flow planning, and marketing of small business products and services. Prior to moving to the United States in 2000, she worked in the Ministry of the Presidency of Violeta Chamorro who was the president of Nicaragua. Ms. Sanches is fluent in speech and writing in Spanish. She has traveled throughout Central America, Chile, and Columbia. Ms. Sanchez brings to our firm needed expertise in "making a business work" for our English and Spanish speaking clientele.
